STUDY AND RESEARCH IN THE U.S., INCLUDING FINANCIAL AID

The Commission for Cultural, Educational, and Scientific Exchange between the United States of America and Spain, which administers the Fulbright program in Spain and provides advising services for Spaniards who wish to study in the United States, is the place to go for practical information about how to choose and apply to a university in the U.S. or to apply for a grant to do research there. The Commission maintains its own Web site, which you can visit at http://www.fulbright.es.

The Fulbright program, an extraordinarily successful program of exchanges of scholars, researchers and teachers, was first proposed by Senator William Fulbright at the end of World War II to help foster greater understanding among nations. Read about it here.
